McKay Potter
Principal
McKay is a Principal with Banner and plays a key role in all of our underwriting, deal execution, and deal sourcing activities.
Prior to joining Banner, McKay was a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital, where he focused on middle-market buyout transactions. Before Tower Arch, McKay advised clients on growth strategy, performance improvement, and acquisition due diligence at Bain & Company and LEK Consulting.
McKay received a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where he was an F.C. Austin Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Strategy from Brigham Young University.
